Eastern region open day a cracker!

Almost 500 people attended an Open Day at the Ngongotaha hatchery on September 30th – the eve of the new fishing season. The day featured cooking, casting, fly tying and a boat fishing seminar, the ever-popular children’s fishing day and informative guided tours of the hatchery facility with a overview of the lakes management.
