“Take a Mate Game Bird Hunting”

Once again Fish and Game Otago is planning to run its “Take a Mate Hunting!” promotion, aimed at getting current game season licence-holders to introduce someone new to game bird hunting. There is no charge during the designated part of the coming game season which runs from Saturday 2^nd June to Sunday 10^th June inclusive.

The aim is to give new entrants a taste of hunting by drawing on the experience of existing licensed hunters. So if you already hunt gamebirds why not share your knowledge and experience and take someone out and if you don’t hunt game why not plan to give it a go. The promotion is restricted to Otago Fish and Game Region.
