Grab the kids and go fishing

Take A Kid Fishing returns to Southern Reservoir, Dunedin, in September 2022.

This a free annual event for children aged up to 17 to get them outdoors and fishing.

There will be four sessions, from 10am to noon, on 17, 18, 24 and 25 September.

Due to popular demand, participants may only register for ONE day only. Numbers will be limited to 120 children per event.

Rods and lures will be available for loan for the day. Bait fishing is not permitted at Southern Reservoir.
